biography

After many years working as a draughtsman and an engineer Paul found himself turning to art in 1999.

Enjoying art and finding it relaxing he takes much pleasure in an observers enjoyment. As an experimenter and an inventor he uses this to create unique experiences within the different mediums in which he works, always aiming to leave something from today for people in the future to appreciate.

Influenced largely by the impressionist period Paul also works with materials and surfaces to create pieces which are not included on this site as the works require the observer to move and create a personal relationship with light and it's relationship with any given piece.

Paul has painted for a number of well known people including An Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern (Priminister of Ireland), Trevor Bayliss O.B.E. (Inventor) and Nancy Cartwright (voice of Bart Simpson).

He exhibits occasionally in St. Stephen's Green Dublin. He has also exhibited in Europe.
